  3. How to Upload files to Indico • 1. Click pencil mark on the indico time table • 2. Enter the Modification key TokyoElectron • 3. Click your contribution slot • 4. Click “Edit files” in the right. • 5. Click Add material • 6. choose your talk file. • 7. create resource. • If you have material for discussion, please upload the files to discussion session • Please add your name to the file name Tohoku Forum for Creativity

  6. Banquet • On Thursday, the Banquet is held from 6:30. • The shuttle bus will go to the Banquet Venue, Shozankan, from AIMR. • The shuttle bus will comes back and drop you off at • 1. Present from Sendai City • Sorry this is only for non-Japanese. • A wooden cup, Masu, is used to drink Sake or measure Sake or Rice. • Shozankan, where is the banquet venue, is a famous restaurant complex in Tohoku district which was originally Sake brewery established in 1677.
