Purpose: Rehearse the actions anticipated by TF-OPS during operations in the JTF-CS JOA and incorporate AAR comments from VR 12.1. This exercise focuses on synchronizing our C2 within TF-OPS IOT effectively execute all DCRF mission requirements. Endstate: TF-OPS and supporting Task Forces successfully deploy to JRTC (JOA) and redeploy to home station; Brigade and subordinate staffs are proficient at synchronizing operations; companies and platoons are proficient in executing Mission Assignments (MAs).   4. CONCEPT OF SUPPORT: Class I: Units will deploy with 3 DOS of MREs at the Soldier level, with 2 DOS of MREs maintained as a contingency stock at the BDE level. A Co and 41st will distribute forward based logistics via daily LOGPAC runs. Ration cycle is M-M-M 040500DEC11 to 052400DEC11. Ration cycle is A-M-A 060600DEC11 until 081900DEC11. MKTs will be established NLT 052400DEC11. Units will deploy with all organic water trailers. A Co will drop 1ea HIPPO per FOB. Replenish as per LOGSTAT/Sync Matrix. Class II: Units deploy with sufficient supply. Class III (B): A Co will drop 1ea M969 5K w/ fuel and 2xfuel handlers at FOBs FORGE and SPIRIT and refill based on LOGSTAT . LOGSTATs will be submitted twice daily, 0800 and 1600, to TF S4. Retail fuel points will be established at each FOB. Units will submit all CL III (B) requirements to TF S4 via LOGSTAT. Fuel requirements will be forecasted 24, 48 and 72 hours out. All TF OPS units will deploy with all available Class III (B) capabilities. Class III (P): Units deploy with sufficient supply . Resupply is determined thru daily LOGSTAT reports. Class IV: IRP deploy with emergency supply. Units deploy with sufficient supply for security. Class V: N/A Class VII: Units deploy necessary equipment. Class VIII: Soldiers deploy with eight DOS of prescription Meds; Medic support will be provided at each FOB. Soldiers will be P to BJACH. Recovery: Units will self recover to FOB TF location. 546th MST will conduct recovery /maintenance operations forward. If un-repairable, equipment will be evac’ed to BSI or FOB FORGE for further repair. Once repaired, 546th will notify owning unit for pick up. FSC will assist in conducting recovery support operations at FOB SWORD. Class IX: Units bring 5 DOS spares. 546th will position MSTs at each FOB. Class IX will be requested as normal to the SSA. A Co will depart FOB FORGE daily NLT 0700 to retrieve parts from the SSA and return to FOB FORGE NLT 1100 with CLIX. 41st will distribute CLI, CLIII (P) and CLIX to operating units at FOBs Spirit and SWORD, as part of daily LOGPAC.
