SBS12 FTX Site Survey Outbrief • 21st TSC and Partner Nation Counterparts: • Exercise Force Protection and Anti Terrorism Plan for FTX sites. • 21st TSC life support requirements at Adazi. • Exercise Mission Command Structure at sites in Latvia showing locations, command and/or control nodes, communications systems, and flow of information. • Proposed CJTF Battle Rhythm for personnel in Latvia. • 21st TSC JMD input for Latvian portion of exercise. • STB reporting requirements and format for U.S. personnel at Adazi. • 2CR , JTACs, USAFE, MARFOREUR, FEST-A, and FTX Syndicate Co-Leads: • Graphics depicting final locations of all STX, LFX and FTX Lanes.Graphics showing concept, timeline, rotation schedules, O/C linkup times and locations, O/C coverage plan, CAS and indirect fire integration, safety requirements, communications plan, real world and replicated CASEVAC/MEDEVAC plans. • List of all required STX/LFX/FTX Training Aids, including who will provide them, required delivery/redeployment dates, and plan to distribute and account for all items. • Detailed LFX plan including: Graphics showing concept, timeline, rotation schedules, O/C linkup times and locations, O/C coverage plan, CAS and indirect fire integration, safety requirements, targetry, SDZs, communications plan, CASEVAC/MEDEVAC plan. • Graphics depicting STX/FTX/LFX task organization from FTX HICON down to PLT level, with unit designations. • EXCEL Synchmatrix showing the following for all participating nations and units: Arrival of Torch, ADVON, main bodies, O/C train up windows, Equipment delivery days, Lane set up windows, STX/FTX/LFX rotation schedule, CAS and both replicated CASEVAC and real world MEDEVAC coverage windows, CJTF Battle rhythm events, AARs, DV Day, media events, JTAC training, life support events. • Airspace deconfliction and plan for aviation assets. • 2CR and STX/FTX/LFX lanes logistics requirements at Adazi. • 2CR life support requirements at Adazi. • Graphics depicting all nation’s land, billeting, and facility occupation plan. • 2CR JMD for all STX/FTX/LFX participants and support personnel. 1

STX/LFX/FTX Safety Hazardsand Risk Mitigation Plan • 4. Comms Syndicate: • a. Communications requirements and plan for all nations at Adazi and links to CJTF and ECG in Estonia. Show equipment used at each site, who provides it, who operates it, who it links, type of communications it provides. • b. Life support and logistical requirements for all signal support personnel at Adazi. • 5. USAREUR OSURG and 160 FST: • a. Real world medical support plan for Adazi. Show all units/countries and their organic medical support capabilities; show medical support capabilities above company level including host nation medical facilities, where they will be located, hours of service, type of support they can provide, who they will support. • b. Show real world CASEVAC and MEDEVAC plans; Show replicated CASEVAC/MEDEVAC assets, coverage windows and plan to support lanes training. 2

Comms Planners: • a. Communications requirements and plan for all nations at Adazi and links to CJTF and ECG in Estonia.
