  2. Year One Fall 2013 • Introduction to Fieldwork meeting • Fieldwork Cohort Meeting: October 9th, 9-10 a.m. • 1:1 Meetings with Ms. Bentley Spring 2014 • Deadline Submission for Fieldwork Planning form • Fieldwork Cohort Meeting (Q & A): In February, Time and Place TBD

Year Two Summer 2014 • Individual meetings with Ms. Bentley as needed Fall 2014 • Fieldwork Cohort Meeting (Q&A, Learning Style Inventory): In October, Time and Place TBD • Fieldwork Cohort Meeting (Fieldwork Lottery): In December, Time and Place TBD • Individual meetings with Ms. Bentley as needed

Year Two Continued Spring 2015 • Fieldwork Cohort Meeting : In February, Time and Place TBD • Meeting agenda: sign release of information form, letters re: assignments, and letters to supervisor with fieldwork goals/objectives • Fieldwork Cohort Meeting: In March, Time and Place TBD • Meeting agenda: withdrawal letter, patches, FWPE, SEFW, faculty advisors • Two Fieldwork Cohort Meetings: In April, Time and Place TBD • Meeting agenda: Fieldwork Educator Panel Discussion • Meeting agenda: Student Fieldwork Panel

  5. Year Three Summer 2015 • Level II Fieldwork OCTH 635 or 636 (9 Credits) : June 1 – August 21, 2015 June 29– Sept. 18, 2015 Fall 2015 • Level II Fieldwork OCTH 635 or 636 (9 Credits) : September 28 – December 18, 2015

  6. Year Three Continued Spring 2016 • Complete Student Evaluation of Fieldwork Experience Evaluation (SEFWE)
