Introduction • Report on the System status based exclusively on the scientific-technological aspects of the present System configuration, i.e. “baseline CEPF accommodation”. • taking into account the Phase A final review panels (Science- Instrument and MSM-Payload) conclusions and recommendations of the 30-31 October (details by Livio and Andrea) • Attempt to identify the major issues and System criticality to be fulfilled by the end of February 2004 • Reports on subsystem status in the afternoon General meeting-Munich 17-20 November
