Smart HouseKeeping 4.0 En todos los Hoteles, es muy importante la planificación de los trabajos de Limpieza de Habitaciones por parte de la Gobernanta y sobre todo cuando hablamos de hoteles con un cierto número de habitaciones/Apartamentos. Nos comentaba el Director de Operaciones de un hotel que esta labor de planificación no era nunca inferior a las 2 horas diarias, ello nos ha llevado en Class One, a ir un paso más adelante para resolver e interpretar esta problemática. Hemos creado una formulación automática para que nos genere en base a determinados parámetros los tiempos medios de limpieza de las Habitaciones diaria. Los parámetros que hemos considerado son: Tipo de Habitación/Apartamento, Personas que ocupan la habitación, si se procede con los cambios de sabanas y/o toallas, si se tiene que realizar otros servicios programados para ese día (limpieza de Ventanas, Cambio de Albornoces, …), si dicha habitación es Check-Out, Tiempo máximo por limpiadora, … Al proceder al reparto automático de la labor a realizar en día, le damos a Seven Stars las “kellys”  que van a efectuar la limpieza y nos fija unas directrices de reparto ecuánimes por limpiadora, asignándole las habitaciones a limpiar a cada una de ellas. La gobernanta puede modificar dicha asignación manual, haciendo los cambios que considere oportunos. Una vez procedido a las diferentes asignaciones, cada "kelly" accederá con su tablets a las Habitaciones a limpiar, teniendo en primer lugar aquellas habitaciones que siendo de salida, ya se ha hecho el check-out (cada vez que se efectúe un check-out, se actualizará instantáneamente en la tablet correspondiente a su limpiadora) Ejemplo real Minutaje (los tiempos están expresados en minutos) C l a s s O n e | H o s p i t a l i t y S o f t w a r e & A d v i s o r y

The current situation is constantly changing, and a hotel must know, immediately, what actions should be taken at every moment. And, for doing this, it is a must to have the necessary information available, immediately and easy to understand. Class One is proud to present, in a single Dashboard, 22 KPIs that collate all of the necessary information to be considered for decision making. OCC the percentage of available rooms or beds being sold for a certain period of time., ADR, Average Daily Rate, RevPAR, Revenue Per Available Room, RevPar is a very classic KPI and regarded as one of the most important financial calculations for any hotel to see how much revenue they have made within a certain period of time. ARR Total Revenue Per Available Room preview of the total revenue from all departments which the room can generate. While RevPar only takes account of the revenue generated by the rooms, Yield factor that refers to the Rate Rack Rate, NetADR. Net ADR (except that it factors in the net revenues), NetRevPARNet Revenue Per Available Room metric is similar to RevPAR, except that it factors in the net revenues (meaning that it accounts for distribution costs, transaction fees and travel agency commissions), NetARR,  Occupied rooms, Guests, Children, Cribs,  Guest Bed & Breakfast, Guest Half Board, Guest Full Board, Guest All Include, Guest =GuestBed & Breakfast +  Guest Half Board + Guest Full Board + Guest All Include + Guest Only Room,  RevPOR. Revenue Per Occupied Room Total Revenue / Total Rooms Occupied, RevPOR, unlike RevPAR, considers revenue per occupied room which gives you a better understanding of how much profit you make from the guests who actually stay at your property.TRevPAG - RevPAC. Revenue Per Available Customer Total revenue generated by a single customer.
