This study examines the effects of rapamycin on the proliferation of SCK cells treated in 96-well plates. Using MTS assays, cell viability was assessed after 24 and 48 hours of exposure to varying concentrations of rapamycin. The results indicate a dose-dependent response in cell proliferation, providing insights into the potential therapeutic applications of rapamycin in cancer cell management and its effects on cellular growth dynamics.
