  14. Diagnosis • High index of suspicion: • post-vaginal / urethral surgery • synthetic sling • difficult childbirth • pelvic fracture • Vaginal examination: • witness urine loss from urethra • Occlude meatus with finger during cough • Look for urine loss proximal to meatus • Cystoscopy
