Introduceing In the day , there are three important meals : Breakfast (in the morning) , Lunch (in the evening) & Dinner(when we get home from work or school).We think that the moust important meal of the day is the Breakfast because is the first meal of the day , and the energy for the day is in it .
Breakfast As we sad , Breakfast it’s the important meal of the day . The typical foods for Breakfast are : milkprodukts , eggs , pancakes tea and fruits/vegetables
Lunch We ussualy have breakfast at school – witch meens we hawe a paked lunch that could be a sandwich (there are so many sorts of sandwiches) , whater or juice and a fruit ( an apple , a bananna and so on) .
Dinner When we get home from school , our maders are preparing Dinner there are twoo courses : First course & main course.
First course --- Soup : an important element on the table when we speak about Dinner . Main course. ---Meat and potatos : this are the moust famos foods for the main course in the world . It could be any sourt of meat ( turkay , chiken , pig) or any sourt of potatos ( jacked potatos and so on) ---------- the main course tastes great , whit a salat .
