Reading History & My List • Reading History: Allows patrons to track what they have checked out. • Patrons may opt in or out to have their history retained in My Account. • Patrons have the option to delete any titles from the saved history. • My List: Allows patrons to keep track of what they are considering checking out.

Homebound Patron Type • Separate ptype for longer circulation periods • Rating receipts printed at checkout to send to patron for feedback • Reporting by ptype
Batch loading order records • Batch loading bibliographic records for order placed from vendors • Currently in place with libraries ordering from Midwest Tapes • Allows for streamline workflow and less data entry by staff • Vendors of interest? Ingram, Baker & Taylor, etc…

Community Information Database (III) • Libraries can build databases of community information and local events. • Information stored in MARC Community Information Format, or in a simpler format. • Includes eight phrase indexes and one keyword index • Organization, Contact Name, Subject, Service Area • Similar to OPAC for searching and display of info • Peninsula Library System: http://plsiii.plsinfo.org:81/

Point of Sales • Point of Sales system software that integrates with Millennium Circulation Fines • This software eliminates the need for a separate cash register and uses a cash drawer connected to individual Circulation PCs. • Comprise Technologies –Smart Money Manager http://www.comprisetechnologies.com/product_33.html
Graphical Self Check (III) • III Software loaded onto a standard PC • Can be used with a Touch screen, keyboard, or number pad • Patrons can check-out items, renew items, cancel holds, and pay fines by credit card • Does not integrate with security gates
Notice Printing • Provide libraries the ability to print their own notices for Hold Pickup, Overdue, and Bills • Using tri-fold form paper or plain paper and envelopes. • Optional self-seal forms and sealing machine.
Quick click ordering (III product) • For libraries placing orders with Baker & Taylor and using III Acquisitions module. • Used to streamline the process of creating bibliographic and order records for orders placed with Baker & Taylor.
