  10. Para kay Brod Bado As Scouting is worldwide, and APO is worldwide, so should libraries dedicated in Brod Bado’s memory at his hometown of Kalibo and in APO communities be worldwide. It was APO-ACNA Second Vice President Brod Peewee Munson’s idea to dedicate to Bado the 2001-02 APO International service project: book drive. Some 120,000 books and more than 200 electronic equipment found a home in Philippine schools and libraries. Thanks to the effort of The Dr. Librado I. Ureta Foundation Director Sis Dr. Belle Tumbokon, the idea – the dream of a series of The Dr. Librado I. Ureta memorial libraries – has started to become a reality. Para kay Brod Bado….
