Quienes construyeron: • Población con la que trabajan las Afiliadas de la AIPE (productores agropecuarios y población indígena originaria campesina y urbana hombres y mujeres). • Líderes y lideresas, indígena originario campesinos, que son formados por el Programa NINA. • Líderes y lideresas, indígena originario campesinos, que son parte de la CIOEC, AOPEB y CONAMAQ. • Momentos: • Construcción de PropuestasNormativas • Construcción del Informe sobre el DHAA • Sistematización de información • Validación de Documentos • Elaboración de un plan de exigibilidad e incidencia • Publicación de documentos • Acompañamiento a la implementación del plan de exigibilidad e incidencia
