  10. Dear problem page, My problem is my trainees. I tried very hard to present information which is useful for them, but I can't get my message across. When I'm presenting information, I list the facts clearly, reading from notes I have carefully prepared and I don't ask them to do anything, just sit and listen to me. When I ask them if they have questions, they just stay silent. When I am presenting tasks and activities, they don't listen properly and so they have problems trying to carry them out. I do my best to make them feel comfortable, for example, I try not to look directly at anyone and I'm always serious- I don't tell jokes .This situation is making me really nervous and I find it quite difficult to stand in front of them so I walk up and down. Where am I going wrong? Please give me some advice. Troubled trainer
