(Sometime it even refers to subawards, too) • Contact your Contracting Officer and Kathy Mims in Dr. Liotta’s office. • Kathy will coordinate things if others are submitting to the same soliciation than an on-campus review is necessary • GT will conduct a peer review to decied which proposal(s) will go forward on behalf of the insitituion.
