  2. PLAN EARLY AND MAKE A DIFFERENCE! • RI processes forms on a first-come, first-served basis; • Register early; • New online registration - receive your confirmation materials immediately!

  3. IMPORTANT DEADLINES: • 15 December 2013 – Early registration deadline • 31 March 2014 – Pre-registration deadline • 30 April 2014 – Registration/ticket cancellation deadline • 2 May 2014 – Official housing deadline • 3 June 2014 – Online registration closes

  4. Good to know: FREE public transportation provided by the New South Wales government • for up to three days before and • one day after the convention, to visit many tourist venues as well as the Convention events.

Dates to Remember December 15, 2013 • Last day for EARLY registration atLOWEST rate April 30, 2014: • Cancellation deadline Saturday, May 31, 2014: • 2 orientation sessions, especially for 1st timers – to help youget the mostout of convention June 3, 2014 • Online registration closes.
