    3. Three Flyers (Electronic) Cont. Ideas for use: Email to potential candidates. Use text in societys own recruitment materials or on website. Print your own hard copies as needed. Use acrobat to customize text of pdf versions. Talk to Liz about customizing files to include society logo.

    5. PowerPoint Presentation Cont. Ideas for use: Ask current volunteers to present to potential candidates Informally or formally at their workplace At local or regional society meetings For their industry advisory committees

Newsletters and magazines Conference publications Have professionally printed as flyers and Distribute with conference materials. Add to existing society mailing campaigns. Talk to Liz about customizing files with society logo.

    12. Contact ABET for Help Request a CD. Request hardcopy flyers. Discuss customizing materials. Bounce off recruiting ideas. Provide feedback on using the materials. Suggest ideas for new materials. (As a result of input weve already received, for example, next year we will be working on some materials specifically targeted to industry.)
