Dry IcePackage Marking and Labeling • Exterior of package per IATA: • Mark Dry Ice or Carbon Dioxide, solid on package • Mark the UN number (UN1845) on package • Mark the Net weight of Dry Ice on the box (in Kg only) • Class 9 diamond label is required • Or, steps 1-4 can be consolidated on a special Class 9 sticker, displaying the same information • UPS thermal address label. (No Shipper’s Declaration is required, as UPS thermal label meets IATA documentation requirements.)

  4.
