Steps to Building the Strategic Plan • Identify the Gaps and needs that exist in your state for each Standard (self assessment- Worksheet 9) • Summarize this information into a Word document under each Standard • Complete Worksheet 9 • Use the summarized Word document to build your Program’s Strategic Plan • Identify the year each objective will be completed, this takes time, do in table format in Word • Summarize the objectives in Word under the year it will be completed • Create a Strategic Plan summary table, for each year
