Sequence Alignment of Revolver Genomic Clones from Rye IR27 and Newly Isolated Clones in Wheat

This study compares the sequence alignment of authentic Revolver genomic clones from rye IR27 with newly isolated Revolver genomic clones in wheat. The genomic clones exhibit 96-98% homology between rye IR27 and wheat Imperial chromosomes.
