  5. Agenda b) MARKETING IDEAS – sales need a boost! • State website prominence: where and how is ABEN displayed? • E-Blasts to members – How are ABEN courses made known to members? • Follow up e-mail to prior purchasers of refreshing them on ABEN and offering a discount – 25%?

  6. Offer “Free Webcast” to viewers – minimal per person platform technology fee will apply + minor admin fees – consider the topic – one that crosses state lines would be best! • Keeping State Associations involved: • ABEN Newsletter – Quarterly? • ABEN Association Webcast Updates – Quarterly/Semi-Annually?

  7. Content is King! • Production Options: • Fully supported production by BPN – day rate + travel fees apply – turnkey operation! • BPN will support coordination with local videographer/webcast firm – no additional charge!! • Recommendations provided by BPN for State Association equipment purchase and follow up set up instructions • Finalizing rates to provide Dallas based production location- State would provide speakers and content! BPN would handle all production!
