  2. Controls for EVERLINE LED Fixtures Today, we are seeing more demand for solutions that convert existing fluorescent fixtures to LED – and for a way to control them. Universal’s innovative and expanding EVERLINE LED line now includes: • Replace with tubular LED lamps: • LED T8 Replacement Tubes (LT) • LED Tubes + LED Ready Ballasts (LT+B) • Replace the light engine: • LED Tubes + LED Drivers (LT+D) • LED Retrofit Kit (LRK) • LED Retrofit Assembly (LRA) • Replace the door: • LED Pan-style retrofit kit (PRK) • Replace with a full LED luminaire: • LED Linear High Bay Luminaires (BLC48) • LED Industrial Bay Luminaires (BLI) • LED Volumetric (VLA & PLA) • LED Flat Panel Luminaire (FPL) • LED General Purpose Prismatic (GPA) • LED Strip Luminaire- 4.25” (STRP4) • LED Wraparound Strip Luminaire – 9” (WRP9) • LED Wall Pack (WP) • LED Vapor Tight (VT) • Control the luminaire • New Control Options for Four Luminaire Families: • GPA, WRP9, STRP4 & BLC48 NEW

MWS Option GPA & WRP9 Luminaires • Both are now equipped with the new ‘MWS’ option • Available on all (24) base models of the GPA Recessed Prismatic • Available on all (12) base models of the WRP9 Wraparound • No change to lead times or MOQs MWS Option Details • Microwave occupancy sensor provides on/off control • Adjustable timeout delay and range sensitivity • Integrated photo sensor • If enabled, prevents turn-on if enough external light is present • Adjustable threshold • Inconspicuous ‘behind the lens’ mounting Example: GPA24-48W840-UMWS

OS Option STRP4 & BLC48 Luminaires • Both are now equipped with the new ‘OS’ option • Available on all (44) base models of the STRP4 Strip Luminaire (UNV only) • Available on all BLC48 lumen packages, CCTs & voltages: • (16) UNV (120-277V) models • (16) 347V models, and • (16) 480V models • No change to lead times or MOQs on UNV models OS Option Details • PIR occupancy sensor provides on/off control • Adjustable timeout delay • Supplied with two interchangeable lenses for different mounting heights • End-mount design uses a ½” KO Example: STRP448-48W840-UOS

ODS Option ODS Option Details • PIR occupancy sensor • Configure for on/off or bi-level control • Adjustable timeout delay, hi & lo levels • Photo-sensor provides continuous dimming daylight harvesting with adjustable set point • Supplied with two interchangeable lenses for different mounting heights • End-mount design uses a ½” KO STRP4 & BLC48 Luminaires • Both are now equipped with the new ‘ODS’ option • Available on all (44) base models of the STRP4 Strip Luminaire (UNV only) • Available on all (32) base models of the BLC48 Linear High Bay Luminaire • (16) UNV (120-277V) models • (16) 347V models, and • (16) 480V models • No change to lead times or MOQs on UNV models Example: BLC48-180W850-UODS

Ordering & Planning Order Processes & Planning Details • No changes to existing policies for the applicable fixture families; these are simply new options • Fixtures are made to order with five day order-to-ship lead times • Exception: 347V & 480V BLC48 products with the OS and OSD options can be expected to have up to a 4 week lead time • MOQ is 5pc, shipping from L20 • Exceptions: STRP424 & STRP448 have MOQs of 25pc • No changes to existing freight policy • These will be treated as luminaire products
