Facts about Sir Isaac Newton • Sir Isaac Newton was born in England in 1643 • Sir Isaac Newton discovered Gravity by seeing an apple drop off a tree • Sir Isaac Newton discovered Gravity about 300 years ago • Sir Isaac Newton’s law of gravitation describes the attraction between bodies with mass – for example the earth and the moon

Wonderful Facts about Gravity • Gravity is an invisible force that occurs between two objects • Objects with mass are attracted to each other, this is known as “Gravity” • The bigger the object’s mass the more gravity it will have • The closer two objects are the stronger the gravitational pull • Did you know without Gravity we would all float around like in space!
