  21. STEP 2 2 • Starting with the 1st page, number the first 50 pages. The 1st page is 0. Numbers should be small and at the top outside corner of every page. 1 TABLE OF CONTENTS TABLE OF CONTENTS 0 AUTHORS PAGE “ALL ABOUT YOU PAGE”
