  3. Definition of Bullying: HB 11-1254 Written or verbal expression, or physical or electronic act or gesture, or a pattern thereof, that is intended to coerce, intimidate, or cause physical, mental or emotional harm to any student

  4. Bully Prevention Best Practices • Focus on the social environment of the school • Establish/enforce school rules & policies • Increase adult supervision in “hot spots” • Intervene consistently & appropriately • Spend class time on bully prevention
