Investigating the Impact of Dacetuzumab Crosslinking on Cell Death and Proliferation Pathways in Ramos Cells

This study delves into the effects of crosslinked dacetuzumab on cell death (apoptotic and necrotic) and proliferation in Ramos cells. The research explores the signaling cascades involving phospho-ERK1/2, phospho-p38 MAPK, IkB-a, and phospho-AKT. The experiment also examines CD40 Ligand and hIgG interactions with dacetuzumab to uncover potential mechanisms underlying cellular responses. Findings are presented in Supplementary Figure 1 by Lewis et al.
