  2. 2006 – It Keeps Getting Better! In 2006, the Round Rock Express professional baseball team played its second season as Triple-A affiliate with the Houston Astros, after five seasons as their Double-A affiliate in the Texas League. The Express are a part of the Pacific Coast League, which consists of 16 teams across the country. The team plays a 144 game schedule, 72 of those games at home in The Dell Diamond. The Dell Diamond is a $30 million facility and is one of the premier facilities in all of Minor League Baseball. The ballpark features 8,496 chair back seats with cupholders and 30 luxury suites, a grass berm, swimming pool, Fun Zone, a LED video board and the 10,000 square-foot United Heritage Conference Center. The Express had success on and off the field in 2006. The team claimed the PCL’s American Conference Championship and the 2nd best record in the entire PCL. Off the field, the Express averaged 9,412 per game – well over the league average of 6,605 per game. Total Seven-Year Home Attendance (2000-2006): 4,752,320

Ownership Ryan Sanders Baseball Inc., the ownership group of the Round Rock Express and Corpus Christi Hooks Baseball Clubs, consists of Managing Partners Nolan Ryan and Don Sanders, Founder and Chief Executive Officer Reid Ryan, Chief Financial Officer Reese Ryan, Bret Sanders, Brad Sanders, Express President Jay Miller and Eddie Maloney. The group expanded in 2004 to include a group of new investors featuring Major League stars Roger Clemens, Andy Pettitte, Craig Biggio, Jeff Kent and Brooks Kieschnick, along with former Major Leaguers Don Baylor, and Spike Owen. The group of Clemens, Pettitte, Biggio, and Kent become the only active Major League players to own stock in a Minor League baseball franchise. Ryan Sanders Baseball has emerged as a successful ownership group as the parent company of the Houston Astros' top two minor league affiliate teams. The group was awarded the Businessmen of the Year Award, presented by Minor League News in the fall of 2004.

  13. The Rocket The 2006 season also gained the most national attention in the team’s history: June 16, 2006 – Roger Clemens brings the heat to a sold-out crowd at The Dell Diamond, and the exposure gives sponsors even more value in having a partnership with the Round Rock Express.

Party Areas Party Suite Pool & Spa • The Party Suites are located in the United Heritage Conference Center, along the first base line • Rental includes a pre-game buffet in air-conditioned comfort, seating in a banquet-style setting in the 1800 square-foot party suite for 75 guests plus 75reserved seats in the ballpark • Buffet includes grilled Angus beef hamburgers, all beef hot dogs, potato chips, fresh baked cookies all the appropriate condiments, sodas, water, iced tea and a keg of beer • Nightly Rental - $2,200 • The Pool and Spa is located above the grassy berm overlooking right field, putting you on top of the action • Rental includes pre-game buffet in the pool area for 50 guests and 50 Pool and Spa tickets • Buffet includes grilled Angus beef hamburgers, all beef hot dogs, potato chips, fresh baked cookies all the appropriate condiments, sodas, water, iced tea and a keg of beer • Nightly Rental - $1,700

Sampling • Any food product must be four ounces or smaller • The Round Rock Express reserve the right to refuse products that are in conflict or not in the best interest of the Round Rock Express • Inside sampling, depending on product - $3,000 per game • Outside sampling, pre-game only - $3,000 per game

  32. Terms and Conditions • This proposal is submitted to potential sponsors on a non-exclusive basis and the Round Rock Express reserves the right and ability to present all inventory elements, rights and privileges to other potential sponsors. • All inventory elements, rights, privileges and conditions contained in this proposal are subject to availability at the time of the final agreement. • All prices are net to the Round Rock Express.
