  4. 2.5.2Micro/nano based subsystems Objective To validate integrated micro/nano systems technologies for new products and services in key applications: micro/nano-based integrated medical systems, miniaturised autonomous robotic systems, mass storage and visualisation systems.

  5. 2.5.2Micro/nano based subsystems • Integrated systems and tools for point-of-care diagnosis, monitoring and drug delivery • Multi-disciplinary approach • Attached or implanted devices • Sensors integration into diagnostic/therapeutic tools • Interfacing between the cell/chip and the outside word • New bio-microsystems: proteomics, DNA screening, drug screening and delivery, early diagnosis, etc… Instruments: IPs and STREPs
