  4. By giving the Robots a personality. The author gives the robots a name voice, and an identity. Personification

  5. Background The book was written in the year 1950 but the short story Liar was written nearly 10 years earlier. The short stories in I-robot were all written by Isaac Asimov.

  6. Theme The themes in in the story are as follows be careful of what you create and don’t let technology get to ahead of its self.

  7. liar This is one of the short stories in the book I-Robot. The story is about a robot being able to read minds and tell what he see but if the data he finds can hurt another human he must lie but lying can also hurt a humans emotions and in the end the Robot can not computer and has a malfunction.
