Analysis of RvsH Hysteresis Loops and Energy Performance in Healthy Samples

This study presents a detailed examination of RvsH hysteresis loops observed in healthy samples, noting the stability of their characteristics under current switching attempts. The energy metrics showcase optimal values of 0.26pJ for AP→P and 0.57pJ for P→AP transitions. The data highlights variability in the hard-axis loops and compares uncorrected voltages across samples, indicating consistent voltage levels above 0.86V throughout. A total of ten healthy samples were analyzed, with observations made regarding one accidental death in the dataset.
