Popularity of Sports in Dubai • Dubai is one of the world’s foremost sporting cities, hosting popular tournaments and prestigious championships. • Each year sporting events in Dubai attract thousands of fans who come to see international champions and compete in some of the most celebrated titles on the planet.

  3. Traditional Sports • Camel racing- This sport has seen a revival in the past years. From informal tracks in the desert, camel racing has how gone official with regular races between October and April. • Horse racing- The sport of kings find a fitting home in Dubai. The sport attracts top-notch jockeys and racing enthusiasts to Dubai. • Falconry- The ancient sport of falconry is a favourite with the rulers of Dubai, importing falcons from all across the globe.
