With 1 GB to 10 GB data and loads of flexible minutes starting from just AED 150, our new postpaid plan puts you at the centre of just about everything. Don’t worry about where you’re calling as your flexible minutes allowance can be used for all calls whether national, international (to 175 countries*) or even for receiving calls while roaming**. *International usage above the allowance is charged at 2 fils per second. There are 48 additional destinations which are not included in the flexible minutes allowance, Calls to these destinations are charged at 6 fils per second. To learn more click here. **Using flexible minutes while roaming will waive the roaming charges applicable by us in 175 countries, however other operators' charges may apply while using a network abroad.

  5. 2. *Dial • A UAE First – du introduces the *Dial feature to the Elite Plan product • Now customers can benefit from both du Mobile Services all on one SIM Card, Postpaid and Prepaid with no hidden costs and no additional charges • The service is provided at no extra cost to the customer • If a customer does not want certain calls to appear on his monthly phone bill, he simply dials a * before the call and the cost of the call is taken from his Prepaid Balance • Recharging is done exactly the same as Pay as You Go and customers receive AED 10 credit with all Elite Plan SIM Cards • All Prepaid Charges are the same as the standard Pay as You Go service that du provides • Note *Dial only applies to national and international voice and video calls

Important Note • Customers will be charged an early cancellation fee of AED 300 and outstanding bill amount if he decides to exit any of our Elite Plans before a period of 6 months. • Customers will be charged an early termination fee for the metallic numbers according to their minimum commitment as per Plan x remaining months.

Documentation • For Elite & Smart Plans, • For UAE National we accept • Passport OR • UAE National ID • For GCC Nationals we accept • Passport AND • Utility bill* with physical address < 3 month old OR • Tenancy / Ownership contract OR • Salary certificate / Pay slip showing a salary of minimum AED 2,500 per month (signed, stamped and valid within the last 30 days) OR • Credit Card issued by UAE institution • For Expats we accept • Passport with Visa Copy or UAE National ID AND • Utility bill* with physical address < 3 month old OR • Tenancy / Ownership contract OR • Salary certificate / Pay slip showing a salary of minimum AED 2,500 per month (signed, stamped and valid within the last 30 days) OR • Credit Card issued by UAE institution.
