Teams can work together for a long time, however in most workplaces project teams are formed to work on specific activities, constant change in the workplace leads to downsizing, growth and moving employees into different teams on a regular basis. As a HR practitioner in your organisation you may recognise the issues that can occur with teams when this happens.

  9. The reason was that they were willing to experiment as they went along, rather than plan, then build, then find out it failed. In addition when an administrative executive was added to the Chief Executive group, they too improved and probably for the same reasons. Administrative Officers develop and plan systems, policies and procedures. This experience is critical to effective team working and this task.
