Seminole County H.O.P.E.

The Seminole County H.O.P.E. Partnership, a joint initiative of the KAD Foundation and Casselberry Senior Center, aims to support Hispanic seniors aged 55 and above. Running from May to December, this community-based program targets 100 seniors with a budget of $20,000. The program focuses on improving physical activity, nutrition, social support, and disease prevention. Participants will engage in screenings, questionnaires, and health action plans, fostering a sense of community through exercise, education, and socialization.
