  6. What we did • Surveyed users • Interviewed clients • Develop our software • Look into prices related with hardware needs • Try to find any competitor

What we found • Diversity between users (useful, don’t care, useless) • We solve the fact of going shopping with all family - Kids may stay with one of their parents taking a meal while the other one is doing whatever else • Easy to adapt to the App • Not all clients are interested on changing their way of managing their products • They believe that is not necessary in small malls

  10. What we found: • Some Malls were added while others rejected - The ones who rejected thought it was too expensive and not necessary • Analyzed the hardware possibilities we had • Looked for the most useful programming code to use • Some suppliers were too expensive

  11. What we did • Looked for new Malls who were willing to apply our system • We decided to use as hardware: • Tablets, posts and others • - .Net as programming code and others will be used soon • Searched new suppliers who offered us better prices

Conclusions • Potential advantages - Save money with marketing and publicity - On time offers (daily, monthly,…) - Manage everything clients want with only one App • Easy to adapt to the App • Easy to implement & start • No competitors actually in the market • Users are receptive to that kind of changes • May it will not be applied because we don’t have enough economic resources for the moment
