  6. ThreeInteresting Facts • The Orange Leaf-nosed bat is more widely distributed then the Pilbara Leaf-nosed bat. The nose leaf is distinctively diamond shape. • Orange Leaf-nosed Bats are vulnerable to disturbance from human visitors. As most micro bats, the orange leaf-nosed bat is nocturnal. • The known threats to an orange leaf-nosed bat are the destruction and disturbance of roosts from human visitation to caves, mining activities, and the collapse or flooding of mine roosts.
