  3. Cause and effect • The quarter quell is announced and Kevin had to go back to the soccergames. Nothing good would have happened if Kevin didn’t have to go back into the soccergames. • When Kevin escapes from the hunger games. If Kevin didn’t escape from the soccergames there would not be as much ecsightment and drama. • The beginning of the soccergames. Without the beginning of the hunger games there would be no soccergames.
