  2. What to do • You must create a set of business documents for Downloadable Tunes • They must include your business logo • They must be professional to look at • You must include graphics from more than one source • They must have corporate identity

  3. pass • A letter plus two other documents • Must use spell and grammar checks • Some formatting features such as font style, font size and paragraph justification will have been used

  4. merit • At least four documents including a letter and a document of more than one page including tables, graphs and charts created in other software. They will include graphics from a range of sources.

  5. distinction • At least four types of documents including a mail merged letter and a document of several pages • Documents will display consistent house style designed by the candidate • All documents will have been thoroughly checked and proof read to be error free

  6. Business letter • Must have a letterhead – logo and all contact details e.g. address, telephone, email and so on • The date • Name and address of recipient – no commas • All left aligned – no indent

  7. memo • This is a brief note used internally by businesses • Don’t use ‘Dear’ or ‘yours sincerely’ • Do you the ‘house style’ e.g. company logo/font size and style/company name

  8. flyer • Should be A5 size • Eye catching to advertise the BOGOF offer • Cheap to produce – not too many colours
