    2. Booklet Introduction This booklet contains everything you will need to complete this task, divided up into 3 sections. OUTLINE SECTIONS explaining the task to be completed divided into individual parts. SUPPORT SECTIONS providing all you will need to help you to complete the tasks individual parts. EVIDENCE SECTIONS that shows you what proof you need to provide and the space to display it. Each section is colour coded RED/AMBER/GREEN In the format shown above.

    3. Task 1 Overview In this Task you will be carrying out research of existing audio clips to evaluate them and think about what they are trying to achieve

    4. Task 1 Part A & B Use the Internet to find three audio clips for reviewing and record the URL for each. audio clips could be:   MP3 Music Ringtones Music from TV / Film   You should identify the aim of each audio clip – what is it trying to achieve?

    8. Task 1 Part C & D Discuss whether each audio clip meets its aims. Explain why you think it has or has not met these aims.   Give a thorough explanation of the good and not so good features of the audio clips, and suggests a range of valid improvements to help the audio clip meet its aims.

Task 2 Part A,B & C Provide a thorough and detailed description of your aim and audience for the audio clip.   Explain the choice of software you will use and an explanation of why this will be the most suitable.   Produce a storyboard giving the following details about your audio clip:   Content of the audio clip Timeline Fading Use of silence Volume Mono or stereo Special effects

    20. Task 4 Part A & B Test your audio clip using a test table containing at least six tests. The tests will cover all main areas of your audio clip and will all be appropriate. Made improvements based on the outcomes of your testing. You should have identified areas for improvement and actioned them. Exported 2nd version of your audio clip
