  3. Brief Review of Project Company X has embarked on an ambitious plan to expand across the country. In order to do so, they need to standardize the way they create, disseminate, and retain policies. To that end, Company X decided to implement a new software to document their business policies, processes and procedures. They want to train users and deploy a new process for managing their documentation. An external consultant will provide software implementation, business process improvement, and training to Company X.
