Areas of Responsibilities Oversee and use data managed by the schools / administration to: • Produce state (PIMS), federal, assessment and internal Reports, which includes Template creation and maintenance and extraction Queries; • Respond to internal and external requests (e.g., data for grant proposals, evaluations, presentations, mailings); • Provide data for site-based budgeting. staffing and scheduling, redistricting and realignment efforts (e.g., Street Directory, maps, projections, student lists); • Manage nonpublic, nonresident and charter school student information and reports (e.g. Child Accounting billing and payment authorization).

Office Accomplishments • Increased data integrity and quality • Increased compliance reporting efficiency and quality, including NCLB and PIMS reporting, and tighter links between compliance reporting and day to day operations (e.g., Attendance AYP, Membership, Misconduct and Assessment) • Increased quality, functionality and use of RTI reports including Improved drilldown capabilities with sorting / grouping and intervention plan entry capabilities (e.g., Assessment, Attendance Truancy, Grade 12 Retest, Promise Readiness, Progress Monitoring) • Increased electronic collection of accountability data (e.g., Program Code Management entry and Reports, Teacher and Student Observation Checklists, Assessment System Templates and Academic Categories , Survey Utility)

  5. Dollars Generated • 01 Funds (Subsidies supported by data collection & reporting): $170,000,000 annually • 01 Funds (Tuition collection & reporting): $2,000,000 annually • Grants supported: $5,000,000 this year ($17,000,000 last 3 years)
