Example PV Installation • A 50kw system installed, commissioned with Ubbink solar PV panel guaranteed performance for 25 years will cost around £90,000* excluding Vat (5%). • The figures are based on existing ROC’s guaranteed payments of 17.22p per kwh. Assuming an inflation figure at 3% per annum, this will deliver a payback on capital expenditure of 7/8 years. • This does not allow for any enhanced capital tax allowance or carbon credits which may also be available. • An interest free loan from the Carbon Trust would also be available for this project. • Price also includes the latest ‘Solaredge’ software package to monitor system performance and a class 1 generation meter for ROC payment. • A periodic inspection will be required to comply with warranty. • *All prices are subject to survey

Example Solar thermal System • A 80Kw system installed, commissioned and with Kingspan guaranteed performance for 20 years will cost around £65,000* excluding Vat (5%). • This is based on an average oil saving of 5,000 litres per year; a commercial Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) payment of 8.5 pence per Kwh; Retail Price Index of 4%. This delivers a payback on capital expenditure of between 8 and 9 years. • This does not allow for any enhanced capital tax allowance or carcon credit which may be available. • An interest free loan from the Carbon Trust would also be available for this project. • Price also includes a wireless router to monitor the system performance on line and a class 2 heat meter for RHI payment. • A yearly inspection will be required to comply with warranty. • * All prices are Subject to survey
