Their first productions were: Oedipus Rex by Sophocles Memories for my Brother, Part 1 by John Palmer Tom Paine by Paul Foster Richard III by William Shakespear Sweet Eros by Terrence McNall In His Own Write by John Lenno Charlie in So Many Ways by Collective A Bond Honouredby John Osbourne Notes From Quebec adapted by Penny Williams The Hanging of William O’Donnell by David Helwig Ubu Raw Jim Garrard was succeeded by former Artistic Director Martin Kinch. The theatre was most successful during the 1970s with Paul Thompson as Artistic Director He supported and promoted collective creation History

  7. I contacted the Artistic Director, Andy McKim. Mr. McKim has been the Artistic Director since 2007. He has been in the business for over 30 years. His highlight of his job was being able to go to work everyday and do something different. Whether it be working on preparing a show, or working on improving the theatre. He said his visions for the next years would be a number of successful, smooth running plays, as well as a rise in popularity in the theatre. He wants to continue to have fun as well. Contact
