  5. Diagnóstico. 1.1. Problemas del contexto • Los jóvenes tienen dificultades para conseguir trabajo • Los jóvenes no valoran la cultura de otras comunidades. • Alto nivel de contaminación ambiental. • Bajo nivel de calidad de vida de los pobladores • Limitado apoyo de las autoridades de la comunidad 1.2. Problemas de la institución educativa • En comprensión de lectura la mayoría de estudiantes no alcanza el nivel literal. • En matemática, gran cantidad de estudiantes pasan al Programa de Recuperación Pedagógica. • Limitado apoyo de los padres de familia. 1.1. ANÁLISIS DE LOS PROBLEMAS Y OPORTUNIDADES DEL CONTEXTO PROYECTO EDUCATIVO INSTITUCIONAL Los problemas y oportunidades de aprendizaje se encuentran en el diagnóstico del PEI. PRIORIZAR LA PROBLEMÁTICA Y LAS OPORTUNIDADES QUE PUEDEN SER TRATADAS CURRICULARMENTE. 1.3. Oportunidades de aprendizaje del contexto • Acervo cultural de Llamellín y de la Región Ancash. • Variedad de flora y fauna en Llamellín. • La promoción de actividades emprendedoras en las escuelas de la Provincia de Antoni Raymondi (Chacas).
