Online Deposit Customization When users deposit their dissertaiton, there could be misspelling of their personal information required for deposit. • solution • Deposit ScreenCustomization • If Deposit module can provide button to external processing, then mandatory field of user information can be automatically filled in. • 2. Generating external Deposit main screen that can treat user information, and then give those parameter of user information to DigiTool Deposit module.

  6. 2. 고서 연간물(Old and Rare Books Serials) 원문은 권호단위로 구축 메타데이터는 권호단위 및 기사단위로도 존재 Current system: full text is built by volume, however, metadata is existing by volume and article unit. 만약 원문이 있는 권호단위의 메타데이터와 그 권호단위에 속한 기사의 메타데이터가 있는 경우에는 두 메타데이터가 1개의 원문 파일을 공유하는 형식 For example, if there are one volume unit metadata and article unit metadata which belongs to the former volume, then both metadata have the same full text file built by volume. 그리고 기사단위의 메타데이터에서 원문으로의 연결은 현재 기사의 페이지 정보를 뷰어로 보내 기사에 해당하는 원문의 부분이 보이도록 함. When user wants to see full text in article unit metadata, then system send current article page information to the viewer that can display the full text at the given page information.

  8. 2. 고서 연간물(Old and Rare Books Serials) Then system will show user the Brief result of each volume, and Also provide the link to the fulltext 각 권호별로 간략서지가 보이며 각각의 권호에 대해 원문보기가 연결

  10. 2. 고서 연간물(Old and Rare Books Serials) In the article metadata, There is link to the full text that belongs to its volume unit. 각 기사의 메타데이터 내에 원문 링크 제공

  11. 3. 기사 (Article) 원문 기사단위로 구축 In case of Article, full text is built by article 검색->권호단위 리스트->권호에 속한 기사의 간략서지->기사로 가는 아이콘->클릭시 기사의 간략서지->상세서지로 클릭(간략서지에는 원문아이콘이 없음)->원문 열람 가능 아이콘 Thus, searching article->list by volume->click the volume that user want->icon for article->click->brief metadata of article will be displayed->click for full metadata of selected article->icon for full text will show up(in brief metadata, there is no icon to the full text.)

  12. 3. 기사 (Article) 기사 검색 결과 Search article Firstly, result will be provided by volume 권호 단위로 결과 출력 Click the volume information, 결과의 상세 서지의 권호정보를 클릭

  13. 3. 기사 (Article) Then, system gives you each volume md 각 권호의 정보 제시 If there is article metadata in each volume, You can see the article icon. Click it. -권호별로 기사 메타데이터가 구축된 경우 기사 아이콘 보임->기사 아이콘 클릭

  14. 3. 기사 (Article) This is the result metadata of article clicked of selected volume Select the brief metadata of article, and click. 해당 권호에 속한 기사 리스트의 간략서지 원하는 간략서지 선택 후 클릭

  15. 3. 기사 (Article) There will be icon to full text in full metadata of selected ariticle 선택된 기사의 상세서지에서 원문 열람 가능한 아이콘 보임
