  6. Challenges AASHTO Envisions • Working across several AASHTO committee structures on the same SHRP 2 product • Time to implement products and work through the AASHTO process • Institutional Process Changes • Identifying the highly implementable SHRP 2 products across partner organizations

  7. AASHTO’s Strengths and Opportunities • States are searching for innovative, effective means to conduct business (Climate for change) • AASHTO has the Committee and Subcommittee Structure for all SHRP 2 products • TIG • AASHTO can be a vehicle to determine State of the Practice
