  2. Agenda • Evaluations and Time Sheets • Research Proposal • Interview • Annotated Bibliography • Second Quarter • Conferences • Presentations • Mahara Portfolio

  3. Evaluations and Timesheets • Due on Monday (10/28). Please staple the documents and place outside my office where you turn in work. • Policy on syllabus for missing these papers

  4. Research Proposal • Due today. • Staple proposal pages together. Place rubric separately on top and put in the wooden box.

  5. Interview • Due November 11th---if you have not scheduled it, do so ASAP!

  6. Annotated Bibliography • READ HAND-OUTS • Due Friday (10/25) • Please submit the preliminary bibliography to turnitin.com, but submit the rough drafts, revised drafts, and log outside of my office. • ATTACH LOG TO ROUGH DRAFTS!

  7. Bibliography Format • Consistency---MLA or APA • Minimum of 18 sources • Alphabetical order • NEVER numbered • Sources with same author, use ---. (the second time) • Turnitin.com (process and plagiarism)

  8. Annotations Format • Paragraph form • 1-2 paragraphs • Use interview as a source in the future • Single-spaced • One continuous document--- NOT 1 entry per page

  9. Rubric • Read before completing assignment!!!!! • Attach to the bibliography

  10. PresentationBackground • County-wide, based on subject area • Different groups meet at different schools • December 4th- December 11th (1 day per student) • 3-5 pm (cannot be late nor can you leave early) • PowerPoint • Lessons and Practice with me • Counts toward hours for the quarter • Networking!

  11. Conferences • Complete sheet • Sign-up for end of this week/beginning of next.

  12. Second Quarter • See bottom of assignment sheet for first few assignments • Calendar will be in mailboxes

  13. Mahara Portfolio • Handouts today; nothing due until 2nd Quarter. • Make sure to share pages with me! • Questions?
