If CII Members knew what CII knows... • Out of 975 owner-submitted projects: • Only 5.4% met both cost and schedule targets. • Nearly 70% of projects exceeded cost or schedule by ±10% deviation from target. • In 2012, CII’s 64 owner members spent $2.165 billion on projects. • If their cost performance had improved by just five percent, those 64 owner members would have saved $108 million.
