Univariate Analysis of Factors Influencing Genotypic Susceptibility Scores in HIV-Positive Adults on Second-Line ART

This study examines factors affecting genotypic susceptibility scores in HIV-positive adults on second-line antiretroviral therapy. Data analysis was conducted using SATuRN/Life Technologies protocol and HIVDB Algorithm version 6.0.5. The inclusion criteria were adults (≥16 years) with >12 months on first-line ART and one or more viral loads ≥1000 copies/ml. Univariate analyses were performed to determine factors associated with GSS <2.
