  2. SEttings • Set margins to 1” all around (left, right, top and bottom) • Set Style to No Spacing • Set font size to 12 point • Press Enter to move cursor down to the 2” mark on the vertical ruler. • Only applies to first page

  3. Page Numbering • First page is NOT numbered • Subsequent pages are numbered in order

  4. LineSpacing • Triple Space after report title and between the first line of the report. • Double-Space between reports headings and lines of text. • Double-Space the body of the report.

  5. Citations • Cite references in parentheses in the report body. • This internal citation is replacing the footnote method of documentation • Internal citations should include: • Name of author • Year of publication • Page number of cited material • Use quotation marks for directly quoted material, but not paraphrased material • Use ellipsis (…) to indicated any omitted material

  6. Reference Lists • All references are cited in a report alphabetically by author last name at the end of the report. • Triple Space between title and first reference • Hanging indent • Single spaced within • Double space between sources
