Why? • Numbers 14:19-23 • “Neither shall any of them that provoked me see it” • They needed to wait for people to die out • Did anyone make it through the whole journey? • Sure. But the power structure was basically replaced. • Why did the Lord make this decision? Was it simply because the Israelites were disobedient?
